Always remember, it's YOUR workout. Everything can be modified or ramped up so you can achieve your goals.

Work it out your way - at home or in person. We offer both in-person and live virtual classes so you can choose the vibe that fits your life!

Bootcamp

Full body, strength, endurance, cardio, circuits, weights, bodyweight, cross-training, high-energy. 
​In person + virtual options available.

Refreshing water workouts that build strength, cardio and mobility. Easy on the joints all while using the resistance of the water for a good burn!

Slippercamp

Low to no-impact, perfect for seniors or anyone seeking gentle movement, balance and mobility. 
Classes are virtual.

Small groups in a private setting available upon request and availability. Will also do classes for special events, weddings, retreats, etc... just ask!
